I have to say, looks like a bunch of people standing around, arguing, and pointing at maps.
In the defense of our finest, I took some video of a festival in Japan that was a total madhouse--I was nearly knocked off my feet twice--and the video simply doesn't capture the bedlam. Perhaps we're jaded by the hyperbolic film techniques we see in action movies...
