#1 take out a loan from the bank

The first few weeks I would binge drink and get it on with as many ladys as I could. maybe go see some places I have never been to. a few places in Eurpoe and Asia maybe.

After that I would spend time with family and friends. Spend time with my dad, ask him WTF were you thinking that one time.....

Keep busy with diffrent things you know, so you do not have to just sit there and think about it.

Would take some time off and travel to somewhere the person always wanted to visit, but had not made it to yet. Spend time with your family and enjoy the time.

Same thing happened to my Father a while ago. He had seen the world and only thing he wanted was to spend some quality time with us. I still miss him every minute of the day...

I lost my closest friend to lukemia a few years ago. He was only 48 at the time, married, with a young daughter.
He was given 18 months, with little hope of any other outcome (his marrow had stopped producing & he had no matching donors).

Without goung into detail, he spent his remaining time doing just a few important things.
1. Made sure his family was financially secure.
2. Made sure he left a lasting record of his life for his daughter.
3. Spending quality time with a chosen few close friends, creating a lasting memory of his friendship in each case. (btw, no one outside his family, save me & one other friend knew he was even ill)

It's been a while now, and in reflection I think he did the things most important to him.

My prayers are with you and your friend as you go through this difficult time. Please take care that you are prepared for this loss as well. As one of the close friends with this kind of loss, I can tell you it leaves a hole in your life.

2 chicks at once.

You really shouldn't be doing anything different however if you are living your pre-diagnosis life correctly.

You never know how much time you have- why not live every day as if you won't have another?
