Walking Hadrian's Wall

The Wife and I were thinking of walking "Hadrian's Wall" for vacation this summer and was wondering if anyone here had any suggestions or any info from Pelicanites "across the pond." Thanks in advance. Craig

You're going to have a bloody long walk. Have you seen the length of it?

It's 84 miles end to end. I've done the John Muir trail which is 212 miles of high elevation hiking. I figure 12 miles a day won't be too bad.

My soon to be in-laws did this last summer, they had a blast! If you're really interested, they wrote up a huge synopsis of the trip (where they stayed, what they did, pictures along the way, etc) and I could email you a copy.
