This car is a trip – It was resurrected from pure punishment and begs for more.

But then, why go for a vanity plate at all? What? The Government doesn't have enough money? You pay extra so strangers can look at your plate and consider you clever? Or maybe not so clever, since you've paid extra for a vanity plate?
