Goal setting - do you write them down?
I tend to only accomplish the goals I write down. The most important work-related goals I jot down on an index card and keep on my car's visor. I know this is what motivational speakers recommend and up until a couple of years ago, I poo-poo'd it. However, I discovered that if I didn't write them down, I've essentially "set it and forget it".
What do you all do? |

I keep notebooks and todo-list outlines. We keep an OmniOutliner doc with all of our version checkpoints in subversion so we can all see what everyone's working on... I seem to work a lot better when I can check items off as I finish them.
