You are confused. It is your ideological brethren in the ultra-left who are the War Party...Finally when there is a justified war, justified by being attacked on our own soil, you and your comrades throw the smoke-screen to try to fool the public that this operation was anything but warranted.

Saddam had connections to al qaeda and other international terrorist groups. Saddam violated international law and the controlling legal authority was in bed with him, making it impossible to bring to justice the murderous tyrant. Saddam had full intents to arm himself and deliver chemical weapons to Israel and the United States.

"Sir, the biological is very easy to make. It's so simple that any biologist can make a bottle of germs and drop it into a water tower and kill 100,000. This is not done by a state. No need to accuse a state. An individual can do it." -- Tariq Azziz to Saddam (from recently released tapes)

You ever ask yourself why these revelations have been forgotten by the left establishment media?...Sorta like the economy, just gets shoved down the memory hole.

Mulhollanddose 03-15-2006 07:28 PM

"Terrorism is coming. I told the Americans a long time before Aug. 2 and told the British as well … that in the future there will be terrorism with weapons of mass destruction." Saddam goes on to say such attacks would be difficult to stop. "In the future, what would prevent a booby-trapped car causing a nuclear explosion in Washington or a germ or a chemical one?" But he adds that Iraq would never do such a thing. "This is coming, this story is coming but not from Iraq."

Wink wink nudge nudge...

every war is a justified war to the neo-cons. funny thing is that their first foray (Afganistan to destroy the Taliban and al-Queda) has been left unfinished while Bush's focus is on new wars. Iran is next. North Korea's lucky Bush's attention span is so short. Warmonger in Chief with ADD. Just what America needs.

Pope John Paul II calls War a Defeat for Humanity: Neoconservative Iraq Just War Theories Rejected

by Mark and Louise Zwick

The most consistent and frequent promoter of peace and human rights for the last two decades has been Pope John Paul II.

From Iraqi War I to Iraqi War II, he has echoed the voice of Paul VI, crying out before the United Nations in 1965: War No More, War Never Again!

John Paul II stated before the 2003 war that this war would be a defeat for humanity which could not be morally or legally justified. http://www.cjd.org/paper/jp2war.html

No, that is a lie. You've been caught making it numerous times, but you persist in lying, the mark of an unethical, immoral person.

There is no proof of anything in these alleged tape transcripts you continually post here, since they're essentially junk except for their undoubted historical value should they be proved authentic (which has not happened), that you post them is yet another illustration of your desperation in defending your failed president.

There are no revelations in these transcripts you continually quote, though it's plain that you wish they did amount to evidence since you post them repeatedly, they in fact are meaningless with one exception. That you post them illuminates your desperation, so please continue.

Jim,

I just wish the US Government understood what it is doing in the Middle East. The clock doesn't have so many sectors or ticks left. You guys (the US) never understand the implications of your acitons.

Some of us do understand the consequences. Bush1 clearly understood that removing Saddam would open the floodgates ad throw Iraq into chaos, destabilizing the region.

About 53% of Americans opposed the invasion of Iraq in '03.

But subsequent revelations show that Bush2 was planning to topple Saddam from well before his "election."

At various points in time, he, or people speaking for him indicated that the invasion would be quick, simple, inexpensive, not involve bloodshed; etc., etc. Don't think for a minute that any significant number of Americans bought those ideas.

I think that if the Bush monkey himself could read your posts right now he would think that you're nuts.

But Rove would be foaming at the mouth in sync with 'dose. Reminds me of Alice's Restaraunt...

"Came to talk about the draft.

They got a building down New York City, it's called Whitehall Street,
where you walk in, you get injected, inspected, detected, infected,
neglected and selected. I went down to get my physical examination one
day, and I walked in, I sat down, got good and drunk the night before, so
I looked and felt my best when I went in that morning. `Cause I wanted to
look like the all-American kid from New York City, man I wanted, I wanted
to feel like the all-, I wanted to be the all American kid from New York,
and I walked in, sat down, I was hung down, brung down, hung up, and all
kinds o' mean nasty ugly things. And I waked in and sat down and they gave
me a piece of paper, said, "Kid, see the phsychiatrist, room 604."

And I went up there, I said, "Shrink, I want to kill. I mean, I wanna, I
wanna kill. Kill. I wanna, I wanna see, I wanna see blood and gore and
guts and veins in my teeth. Eat dead burnt bodies. I mean kill, Kill,
KILL, KILL." And I started jumpin up and down yelling, "KILL, KILL," and
he started jumpin up and down with me and we was both jumping up and down
yelling, "KILL, KILL." And the sargent came over, pinned a medal on me,
sent me down the hall, said, "You're our boy."

When I was overseas being a cold warrior we went bonkers over that song and Back in the USSR when it was released on the infamous White Album.

Some older guys feel doing mortar rounds on African poachers is less work and they can still stay in shape. Funny where you can get good tips on what binoculars to buy.
