"The gloves are off, the wisdom teeth are out
What you on about? I feel it in my bones, I feel it in my bones I'm stronger now, I'm ready for the house Such a modest mouse, I can't do it alone, I can't do it alone" Vampire Weekend is a band my (hard-working and successful) Millennials really dig. Four kids from Columbia University and about as diverse as can be (Jew, Muslim, straight, gay etc) have put out some great music. As my kids transitioned out of the nest, then out of college and into the world they mentioned several times that the band's music (including "Step" linked below) captured the demands and pressures of zeitgeist of 2000's.
