thanks, joe..and you'd be right, i'm a powerlifter, not a fighter! i don't post numbers like i did a decade ago, but at 40 this year ans drug-free as always, i did manage a 405 bench, 505 deadlift and 455 squat, for a 1365 total..a few pounds off my best three event of 1520 at age 29. anyway, i'm the 'pride' of the local senior division, us over 40 fellas..they were ready for me to join 'em after my b-day. :)

PS. 45x400 lb use to be part of my daily routine ... but I was young then...

Now if _one_ of us had been on the ball, we would have turned our cameras on in video mode.
