Ebay Gem: The bastard son of a 959 & 356!

Saw this on the 959 replica thread in the tech forum.

I saw ads for these back in the 80s and wondered if anyone ever actually had one built. Evidently so. The levels of human ingenuity and bad taste never cease to amaze me. What is it they say about a train wreck?

Ugly, heavy, and underpowered.

This kind of car goes with a mullet.

Even funnier are the questions asked:

"I have a real 959, there were only 17 made in 1987 four of which are convertibioles[sic] I have a convertioble"

what freakin' morons.............

Pretty car, but needs a different interior for sure. Funny how he says "own a 959". I find it rediculous how someone with a poor Porsche replica say things like that. While back, there was a CGT replica based on a Boxter, big front wing, would only take me a few moments to know it wasn't real, and yet he stated"Couldn't tell it from a real one". Advertise it as what it is please, isntead of saying how it will make you look like you drive a $500,000 car.

Wow, I really don't know what to say.

Another good one:
Q: Does the rearend lift like my 959?
A: i don't know what yours lifts like but you have to add air for this suspention to lift.

Not a real one maybe, but this car has "replica" 356 speedster windshield, interior, doors, and engine cover complete with split grille. What a horror.

Sheez!!! It's up to $8,000 with 14 bids? For an old poorly made kit car? There really is an a$$ for every seat.

The only thing about as ugly, or maybe worse, is the Bradley GT, which I've seen in person. It's much uglier up close and personal.

if that was mine i would park it around the corner from my house and only come and go in it after dark.

or there's this-

that thing is like a fat chick, it might be fun to drive, but you would not want to be seen in it.

Now, Imagine that car with a 3.0 SC motor, SC interior, wider rims and tires...Its got potential ! (but not at $8,000...).
