shouldn't it be "Want to Buy"? Wanted to Buy is past tense. I wanted to buy but not anymore.

I suppose it could be "Wanted, to buy" or just "want to buy" is good too.

"WTB" stands for one of the following:
1) I am desperate for a part that is NLA (no longer available).
2) I can't affor to buy this part new because it costs an arm, a leg, and a ______.
3) I am too cheap to buy this part new. No one will know but me. Besides, why put a new part on an old car?

I have done all three in my lifetime.
