Need a new home page for my browser - Any ideas?
I've had CNN set as my home page for years, but growing tired of their new "entertainment" -centric slant. I'd like to have a news only, middle-of-the-road site with quite a bit of science and economic content. Spare me the movie reviews, sports stories, celebrity crap, etc. Any ideas for a MAINSTREAM site that could use several eyeball impressions from me each day?

I use Yahoo. You can format "My Page" to show pretty much whatever you want. However you have to login first.

With Yahoo you can mix and match alot of info...many feeds/sources to choose from. Here's an example:

I've also used My Yahoo as a home page for years. Tabbed pages, follow stocks/company news, good directory service, weather -- I like it!

Richard,
I am also a My Yahoo user and have 4 start pages, one for news, one for sports news, one for all the movies/horoscope stuff and the last for stocks, works quite well. By the way how was Willow, isn't that where you went a couple weekends ago? Chris

I use yahoo for my home page. But honestly I find myself coming here anyways so I've been thinking of changing it to Pelican Parts. Cause every time I go on line I end up reading some thread like this one......
