Thanks my friend. Have to wait and weigh my options. Hate to let the folks (lower level workers) down here....but hate to miss a good opportunity. I have turned down several well-paying LA jobs in the past because of expensive housing and schools. Now...no kids in school, no housing costs, and I may have worn out my welcome here...plus my '74 911 will not need smogging in CA like it does here in NV...sort of like the "perfect storm"...guess I will know in a couple of weeks what I will do. I need to find out more about what BS I would have to put up with working out there as opposed to here.

Unfortunately so, I think U bought at or near the top of the market....now I bought this 3700 single story house back in May 2003...for 350K....and after I sued the fking builder I got a 150K settlement...which brings cost basis of the house down to 200K...I did 45K in preventative repair...expansive soil out here in NW LV is a bit[h. So the house is worth about 665K..figure the math being single....if I sell....
