Question Porsche Trivia answered pleaze - Betting on the outcome!

What year was the last factory slantnose made?

Were all turbo cars?

I say that it had to be 86 to early production 89

What say You?

IIRC, the last 930s variation was made in 1989. It was a black/black cab special ordered by the owbner of an insurance co in NJ. There were articles in a few Porsche rags. The best was in the PCA / NNJR's Porscheforus mag. The car was ordered with virtually every interior piece covered in leather. I'll try to dig the article up and scan.

Right on the '94...if non 930 derived.

Some here contend that a few Carreras were produded with the Flatnose options. I don't doubt this but would like to see one.

The tricky thing about best like this is that Porsche will custom-make just about anything for the right money.

Wish Porsche had made a 993 widebody Speedster? Well, they did: one. For Jerry Seinfeld. I saw it myself or I wouldn't have believed it.
