These things have their place but the people that wear them all the time must have some sort of need to have other people realize they have a hands-free kit. Bling, of a different type...

I usually don't. That's how it fell in the milk...I was grabbing it when the phone rang.

:(

A pet peeve of mine. I think people should be able to be without their phone, what did they do before cell phones. I keep my Bluetooth headset in the the car for talking in the car and very rarely use it outside. The reason I went to a Bluetooth headset is so that I don't have the wired headset restricting me from checking my blindspot.

84Porche, I don't know about others, but for me, it's my sole phone. I have no house phone.

Edit: but it's a good idea for driving. Here, legally it's the only way you can talk while driving).

When I was in HS and out playing some gigs, our bass played would keep a soda on one of the amp. He spilt it once on to the front of the amp and the soda went into the dials. The lead vocals went to the bar and got some Everclear. How she got it is another story but she proceeded to pour it into the dials and I guess the ethanol is a good enough solvent that it took the soda and then cleanly evaporated it out. We finshed the set and the lead vocal finished the bartender...

Cool - moral to the story, If you score some Everclear you don't have to blow the bartender...

And of course, we wouldn't want you doing anything illegal or immoral...;)

Oddly enough I bought one of those because I do a lot of biz in Chi-town and as noted, it's illegal to drive while holding a phone to your ear. It's really disconcerting to walk around downtown and see all of these otherwise normal looking people apparently talking to themselves.

Oh-dry it out. Try later.
