THe GMT on the bottom of the page
Mine doesn't change. Right now, the sctual time is 16 minutes past the hour, the GMT time reflects the time I signed on, about 15 minutes earlier. Does this happen to anyone else?

Yep.
Time stands still when you are in the twilight zone. Have you ever noticed that the 'testing new button' always stays new? Lots of weird social experiments happen in here isolated from the real world.

Everytime I click on a new thread the time changes.

Yesterday mine was GMT and today it's GMT-5 (my EDT).
My ID is always at the end of the list on the bottom. It's just like real life; but, how did they know to put me last?

Heck...even the "testing new Button" doesn't always work as intended either....

If you really must know...
http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock Look in the blue box at the bottom, gives you GMT to the second...
