Your first love

A question for you guys. I will later explain why I am asking this question. Do you still have feelings for your first love? I'm talking women not the 69 beetle! I just ran across my old flame, and after 18 years of marriage I thought that I would never feel the way I do. Damn, its like being 20 all over again. Its Strong enough to make me think that the grass may be greener on the other side??

As much as I might disagree with Thom(widebody) on some issues, I agree with him on this one.

No matter how good she looks or how fine or smart or attractive or anything else, somewhere there is a guy who is tired of her crap.

What you are missing is all the day-to-day irritating habits and trouble that comes with living with someone. Ask my wife. She knows.

Well, when ever I hear something like this, I remember one night, I got pulled over, my ex-girlfriend (from a year before) in the passenger seat mouthing off to the policeman. Yes, yes was hot, and she still is, but the officer pulled me behind the 944 and said

Didn't you say she was your EX-girlfriend? There is a reason she is an EX.

He then said

She reminds me of my ex-wife, do your self a favor and keep her an EX

Well, had I listened to that bit of advise 19 years ago, I would have a lot less gray. No matter how much she told me she changed, no matter how much she tells me she loves me & misses me, the end result never changes, until she used the line that she was dying the beginning of the year to get me to answer her calls, but she lied, and was still up to her same old tricks. But, now, 19 years later, unlike other times, I will keep her an EX she has used up all my love & feelings for her, the bit that she was dying was just too much.

Sorry no pics. Current situation, a fairly sexless marriage. We don't fight or argue, get along OK but not really happy. The only thing that keeps me from the big D are my 2 kids. I love them too much to drag them through that.
To the post about my Porsche, right now I only have valuable American Iron. Use to race, but for me it was race or raise kids. I chose the latter.

Liz Myers, junior year of high-school. She was a senior, her boyfriend was a bartender. I was headed for engineering school, she was headed for community college. She used to give me titty-twisters in the hallway in between class. Tight curly long blond hair, skinny as a rail, tie-die shirts with Doc Martens, totally cute, not trashy or dirty.

I was deeply, deeply in love with her, and never saw her again after I moved the summer after my Junior year. Haven't felt that way about anyone since....

nope - not me. If I was gonna pose as a troll I would ask a much more compelling question. This sounds like a spook trying to fish some extrotion data or somebodys mrs/gf is get'n a little edgy cuz her hubby/bf bumped into the first tag and she is still got the rack of a teener. That said, why would someone come to a Porsche forum, without a Porsche, and ask total stangers a question like this?
