ridealong in Blue Angels F-18

This guy is a reporter who got a backseat ride in an F-18.

Curious as to what sort of G's they are pulling in these turns. The guy passes out a couple times. Also, do they have anti-G suits? If so, how do they work? compressed air?

6.5-7.0ish on the G. The Blues don’t wear g-suits but the passenger does. The g-suit works off of compressed, tries to force blood back up into the brain.
