Hi Dave.....it will be hard to not drive it all year round like in FL, but then it will give me some down time to work on it too. Sure is a beautiful state here. We love it and NO HURRICANES!

Thanks cool chick we love it...had 3 deer appear in my back yard yesterday morning while I was having my coffee. Wow! My dogs have never seen an animal bigger than they are so they were like " What the hell is that"?

Big Chill yeah it feels really right, we felt at home right out of the chute.

55 about 4 acres that I own but there rest of it is green zone so I get to see it and play in it but not pay taxes on it...sweet.

Glad to see you made it. You'll see lots of critters where you live, maybe even a coyote or bear. Let me know when you want to take a fun run.

Excellent looking place. Owning land next to a greenbelt that you don't pay taxes on is a nice freebie. You'll have to shovel the snow off that low pitch roof!

Looks like a Florida roof to me Red. :-). The mower thing is funny. Never owned a new mower, as I always bought then at garage sales. I decided to buy a new one this time. Wow....talk about sticker shock! So I went cheap and got a self propelled walk behind. I cut the area once now and it's going back as a trade on a garden tractor! Hey I'm retired. I just wish the Florida house would sell now and I can get solvent.

Looking at your beautiful house and LONG driveway, you may want to get a lawn tractor that can attach either a snow blower or small blade/plow.

Shoveling snow is, as a friend of mine once said, fun...once a year!

Beautiful place.

That is just gorgeous. It is what I want when I retire. But at 31 I have a long ways to go. Lived in Pinellas Park, FL for 20 years but don't plan on ever moving back there. Way too congested for my liking.

Looks great T-bird - I'm sure you'll miss the chaos of preparing from a hurricane!

Don't you let my car get rusty now...

Aircooled, I lived in Clearwater for 20 years, too many people is just one of the reasons we moved. Jeremy hit one of the other ones on the head.

Hi J. I miss our morning coffees. You don't know how close you came to actually owning it!

Thanks dhoward. We love it.

PMAJKA just north of New Castle in Neshannock Twp.

I had the P car out the other day. It caused quite a stirr. Two guys on Harleys just about drove off the road looking at her when I went by. Guess they don't see many out here.
