Mediterainian Style Tritip
Todays BBQ effort is going to be a Tritip marinated in
3 Tablespoons of Balsamic Vinegar 1/3 Cup Olive Oil 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder 1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder 1/2 teaspoon Rosemary 1/2 teaspoon Oregeno 1/4 teaspoon Thyme 1/2 teaspoon Paprika Dash Cayenne Pepper Salt to taste.. After Marinating for a coupla hours this will be placed over a pan of water with some Red Wine in it, placed in the Green Egg and cooked at roughly 250* until it reach abou 140* F. Then I will serve it with Pita Bread, Humus, Sliced Fresh Mozzarela Cheese, Chopped Tomatoes and Lettuce..etc |

No self-respecting gourmand - least of all one claiming to be a man of wealth and taste - should use garlic powder or onion powder. This stuff is crap. Use fresh chopped onions and garlic and fresh herbs for gods sake. |
