Anyone else have issues with Pelican return?
With all due resepect to our gratious host...
To make a long story short, I returned a defective part to Pelican and was issued a credit. I was told by the rep. that a note would be put on my account and no paperwork would follow. So I went to redeem my credit and was denied because Pelican did not have a record of my return and I did not a have tracking number. I've explained multiple times that I was specifically told that I would NOT receive any trackingnumbers or confirmations. All of my other experiences with Pelican have been nothing but positive. It's not a lot of money (<$50). But to me it's the principle. Anyone else ever have a similar problem?

Nothing like that. I got a pair of pliers which are useless for the function designed. It will cost me more to ship back than worth, so I will just drop them off next time I'm down there and tell them they should not sell the piece of crap again.
