Here in Sweden, if you recieve speeding ticket before your "test period" has ended (and it's a few years long period) you loose your license. And I mean loose it all together, have to take the classes, do the test drive...whole enchilada. Taking license takes time and costs money.

If you are caught intoxicated you loose the license AND go to jail, depending on how serious it was. We have lowest highway death rate per capita, go figure.
