Question Person search help...have his tel #,need help

A friend borrows $400 and in return promised to come and help me do some errands at home...******* never shows up and is not returning my calls either..
His number is from Bell south,so can some one help me find this suckers address.I have tried every search engine and they all want $10-$15 but i am sure there is a free way of finding his address..
So shall i wait and give him few more days ( it's been 4 days ) or just go ahead and file a small claim court case..BTW all i have is a copy of the cheque that i gave him without any promising note..would that be an issue ?

Yasir, Zabasearch is not a pay site. If you enter his name his address should come up. There is also an option to enter the phone #

The tel number he has now is pretty new so thats why i am having some difficulty. However Zabasearch did bring up couple of addresses with tel numbers and guess what, one of the addresses matches his previous ( now disconnected ) tel number..
Serving summon at res be bit challenging esp if he is working,so how can i find out his work address The look on his face when Sheriff serves him the summon at work be priceless, won't it...
Thanks a lot for all the responses..
