you are doing it all wrong. you have to play dumb. call the cops and tell them there are mysterious tubs of stuff in the alley. hazmat is serious stuff. guys with respirators will show up.

I finally found a city agaency that showed some interest. The Dept. of Street Services Illegal Dumping Division. Lets see how long it takes for someone to come out.

Kevin, I am sure you probably thought of this, but if the neighbor business finds out you are the one that turned them in are you concerned about retaliation, such as vandalism to your business?

Considering our history, if he were inclined to do something of that nature he would already be doing it. We've never gotten along and when I really piss him off the most he does is call the landlord and cry.
