Its that time. For those of you not up on the latest, as of this am Ullrich and Basso are both out, along with Beloki and some other big names, all implicated in the Spanish doping scandal (along with currently suspend American Tyler Hamilton). Vino is back in, although much of his team was implicated.
Looks like a good year to be an American, eh? Landis, Levi, Hincapie podium?
