How can I find the history of a car without a title or registration
Is there a way to find out who's the last person to have title to a car? There's a Spec RX7 car for sale here, but the guy who has it bought it from a friend and he doesn't have a title or registration.
A Carfax would only show if the car was stolen or salvage, but it's not going to tell me WHO owns it. Is there a way to figure this out? VIN is: JMLFB3310F088890

you can also apply for title under the state abandonment regs...worse come to worse, title it thru an agency that goes thru Vermont ot Maine..they don't have titles on 10 year old cars. cost about $250

Lots of race cars sell with a Bill of Sale only. No need to title a car that will never see the street again.
I've never worried about a car's history as much as it's current condition. |
