Why does Snowman think stem cell research "kills babies?"

If he really has a disease that might be cured with stem cell research, don't you think he would know that that stem cells are not "babies," and that if theese cells are not used for research, they will simply be thrown away?

Beats me, clearly he has no idea what Stem Cell Research is at all.

My only beef with it is the proposed government funded research. I'm unalterably opposed to that since it is always politically connected with curtailment of funds to non-connected researchers.

Even idiots know that embyronic stem cell research is nothing more than a promise, probably false, of a miracle cure for all that ails...The story is as old as snake-oil.

The fact that the left, normally screaming hysterically about the evils of "big pharmeuticals" are all behind, blindly embryonic stem cell research. Of further interest is that they are blind to adult stem cells, WHICH HAVE netted results...It suggests to me that there is something evil and sadistic behind the science, else why would Democrat get in league with their straw-man enemy?

BTW...embryonic stem cell cultivation uses the conceived union of an ovum and sperm cell, this is barbaric...as it stands the abortion providers sell aborted baby tissue for profit, where does it stop?

Non-government funded stem-cell research is neither conservative nor left-wing; it is apolitical. Again, your statement is akin to alchemy.
