video game idea, how to copyright/market?
Had a really good idea for a video game last night, and I'm tired of someone else coming out with my idea in a few years.
Whats the best way to first protect the idea, then market it? I have no programming skils, so that is out of the question.

Video game ideas, like book ideas and movie ideas are not really copyright'able. It is all in the execution, be the first to build/write/produce it and it is yours, until someone makes a better version of it.
You could however patent certian unique features and functions. For example the Kudos system in Project Gotham Racing is patented, as are vibrating force feedback game controllers.
