I'd list the two year degree that you've finished then list the next school and major with "in Progress". They don't know if you can finish the Bachelors remotely at the school you list (Yada) or that you would consider transferring credits to another local school and continue your education.

Just realize that you're going to get asked about it. How much have you completed, do you have a plan to complete it, how would that work....

What Rick said. In an interview, be sure to let them know you did this part time while working. Also let them know you intend to transfer and complete the program as you are working.

List education last on your res - don't bother saying refs avail on request- its a given. List most advanced degrees first then the relevant course work. List the title of the course, the school, location. The interviewer (if they are any good) will only bring the education up if it sparks a point pf conversation. If education is important and you don't meet the minium criteria you will be weeded out and want have to worry about it. Good luck.

ditch the intrests and hobbies and don't emphasis the education so much it comes accross as if you are relying heavy on that when the guy is looking for someone with some chops that can getter done. Might be better to site projects that you worked on and how they effected the bottom line, increased market share and position, maybe led the company into a new direction that was profitable.
They want to weed out as well as choose the guys that are gonna help them get the bonus'. IT people re smart but many have a problem getting the point accross. Here is a suggestion, get your self a copy of 'Creating and Delivering Technical Presentations' by Jones. Read it. Most IT guys are loosey at conveying thoughts in a compelling manner. Use this book to pitch your resume. Structure it like a presentation and pitch the product (you) to him. Your angle is that while you can write code with the best of them you can also be the front man to act as the liason between the IT dept and the rest of the company. Gawd only knows IT could use some good press internally right?

When I was in school I put "currently attending, anticipated graduation date May, XXXX". Never was questioned about it. That lets 'em know you're a serious prospect for full-time afterwards (and soon) too.

Not to be too hard on you, but you REALLY need someone to proof it for you too; not just a spell check. Have someone look at it. Things like apostrophes where they shouldn't be, (Porsches, not Porsche's) etc.
That can be a very BIG issue, especially on a resume'. Resume' not resume. This is meant in a helpful way, not in a critical way. |

As some one who has worked in IT for 18 years and during most of them having to select and hire for project teams, I would be happy to look at your resume. You can contact me via PM. I would agree to leave off all hobbies and non work related activities. List your education as you wrote, with (senior) and an est. completion time (make it a short est., you can always reset it later).
