Saw this one and a bushel of other cool vintage Grand Prix cars tearing it up at Sears Point yesterday. It's so great to see race cars out on the track instead of inside a musuem.
The 312 T5 has about 500HP in the flat 12 - in a car that weighs about 1,300# dry. Wicked.

Don - These are some photos I took in 1979 of the T4. One of my favorite F1 cars of all time. I built the 1:12 scale Tamiya kit many moons ago so I feel like I know every part on this car intimately! It was at the Road America CanAm reunion in July and I think I could've done some wrenching on that thing ...
