Help Wanted - Looking to Hire in DFW & Regional
Have a great opportunity. Our sales are going through the roof and we are retaining almost 100% of our customer base. We are up about 28% last month and 18% for the year. My team is barely keeping up and I need to get more feet on the street!
We have the best heavy equipment and industrial greases and oils available as well as automotive and fleet products. We don’t do retail only B2B. We also have metal working fluids and a fuel quality assurance program that is second to none. We have retained a #1 position because our products are superior and or sales and support staff is excellent. We have a few guys now that do the job but I need a few more. Here is the job: 1) Provide field and on-site leadership in lubrication and equipment reliability with the sales reps helping close big accounts and providing additional value when needed. 2) Be able to speak in front of mechanics, engineers and business owners and a few times a year at national conferences. 3) Have a working knowledge of mechanical stuff – you don’t have to be a wrench head but you can’t be afraid of a wing nut! Most stuff will always be new so there is no way you will ever know it all. 4) Write up plant surveys and reliability proposals (we will teach that stuff). 5) Give training seminars (we will show you how). In addition you will get to stay in your neck of the woods a week a month to earn extra by having a few house accounts. It is a cool job for the right guy. No weekends. If it is DFW based you will travel about 15 days a month. If you are regionally based there will be less overnight travel – maybe only 10 days a month. You will be highly compensated and if you decide you also want to sell a little on the side there is no cap. PM me if you want more info.

Yes, you will get paid better than average but I am not at liberty to tell you because I am still waiting for HR to bless my prayers. Are you interested?

More curious what a position like that would pay.
