I rented it from netflix a few months ago and have to say that it is the best movie I had seen in a long long time.

It was also very cool to think that his bike was made right down the street from where I go to college.

Garage
Finally saw it 2 weeks ago.

Had some really squirrely timeline issues I found distracting, but overall, a great story.

I enjoyed the film as well. Such a simple, well told story.

Best movie I have seen in a long time...

This is not the bike that was in the movie, I presume it's the real thing?

Pretty cool. The movie was good, but not really great. AH gave a great performance, of course. Seemed too linear to me. But it was great to watch, and I think that's more because it was based pretty firmly on a real guy and real events. I found the documentary in the special features as interesting as the movie since it was the real guy and the people who knew him. Amazing man following what he loved.

Great movie. I had no idea what it was when a friend gave it to me, but was pleasantly suprised once I watched it. Absolutely love the story line.

............so if any of us ever think that we encounter difficulties and insurmountable probelms with our hobby and passion and liken it to: "we are p!ssing in the ocean to watch it rise" when thing get tough..............................

Just look at Burt Munro, his life and his accomplishments in spite of all that stood in his way. That movie and his story has put the fire back in me. I'm inspired.
