Stratus T-Belt Q: can someone point me in the right direction?

The Dodge forums all seem to be filled with boyracers, and there's no technical value to be found anywhere. I know some of you guys work in garages and work on domestics also, so maybe you can help me a little?

Basically, I'm going to need a water pump/timing belt replacement soon. I've done this on the 944, and I can't imagine the stratus being any more difficult so I'd like to do it myself. Should I just pay a garage to do it, or is it something I can probably handle?

Until my Haynes manual arrives, does anyone have an online source I can read about this type of engine? From what I understand, it's the same style of engine used in a lot of other dodges and even some mitsubishis (it sounded odd to me, so maybe I'm wrong there).

Any advice is appreciated!

Um, if you have replaced a water pump on a 944, you should be able to replace one on anything! :D

Believe it or not, having changed the belt on a Voyager V6, I have to say the Haynes book has all the info you will ever need.

(Next time, buy something with a CHAIN!!)

God, I hate timing belts...........
