Stratus T-Belt Q: can someone point me in the right direction?
The Dodge forums all seem to be filled with boyracers, and there's no technical value to be found anywhere. I know some of you guys work in garages and work on domestics also, so maybe you can help me a little?
Basically, I'm going to need a water pump/timing belt replacement soon. I've done this on the 944, and I can't imagine the stratus being any more difficult so I'd like to do it myself. Should I just pay a garage to do it, or is it something I can probably handle? Until my Haynes manual arrives, does anyone have an online source I can read about this type of engine? From what I understand, it's the same style of engine used in a lot of other dodges and even some mitsubishis (it sounded odd to me, so maybe I'm wrong there). Any advice is appreciated!

Believe it or not, having changed the belt on a Voyager V6, I have to say the Haynes book has all the info you will ever need.
(Next time, buy something with a CHAIN!!) God, I hate timing belts...........

thanks guys -- I guess I'm just an over-planner/worrier with things like this.
