You must remember, for most of these Bush'ist liberals, Ronald Reagan was the father of the United States, and nothing good happens unless it was first shot or bombed. Of course they have no knowledge of the fact that the French lost 27,000 men in one day, August 22, 1914 if memory serves.

It wasn't just Ypres. It was also the Dieppe raid in WWII--prior to the Normandy landing. The Canadians lost a lot of men at Dieppe. They got their revenge in Normandy.

There is no "getting revenge", there is only killing. They're trying to kill you and you're trying to kill them. There is no glory in war.

Normandy? That was all US. In fact, we are soley responsible for every military victory ever. Including ones that happened before the country was formed. Battle of Sparta, Scottish war of independece, War of the Roses...we won 'em all.
