If I could run California ANYONE who moves here would be required to live in Barstow for two years.

This means ANYONE.

After they've done their two years in Barstow, then they could move within 20 miles of the coast.

If a couple is half Californian/out of state they could get a pass to move within 10 miles.

And they would also have to pay a water use tax, as well not have voting rights.

My family on one side has been here since 1863

The weather is the best thing about living here... Beach is cool too...get out of the city, and there are many nice places to visit north of LA... but the weather is probably the best thing about so cal.

Man Barstow, I couldnt last 20 days there...

I don't know... I got up this morning nd it was... what... sixty? Brrrrrr! AND thirty percent chance of rain! (not going to happen, welcome to the land of weather men on acid) and there was a BIG SPIDER that built a web across the stair railing! Fortunately I had last nights pizza box in hand to whack him back into infinity. It take a special kind of person to endure this rigorous life style!
