What you're seeing in that time slot is the rebroadcast of the second half of season two. That day/time will be episode 213 (season 2, episode 13).


Season three starts October 6.

September 6 2006 is on a Wednesday. October 6 is a Friday.

September 6 will fall on a Thursday in 2007, if you want to go ahead and get ready for it.

EDIT: My eyes are trained to ignore pop-up ads and that bleeds into most flash websites. Having the series title and new season "pop-up" in a flash was/is a really bad idea in my opinion. Guess they designed the site for a much younger crowd than myself.

i just don't like that series , Starbuck beeing a girl ... Baltar actually on board, the Galactica and instead of evil , mostly just "confused" and "crazy"

the only thing good about that second series is that blonde chick Cylon

z, thanks for organizing this stuff. i have a question... what's this "second half of season 2" you're talking about? i don't watch it on tv so i only know what's been released, which is the miniseries, season one, and season two box sets.

will the 'webisodes' which seem crucial, be included in the season 2.5 release?

What you are referring to as "Season 2" is actually only the first half of season 2, aka "Season 2.0."

Thus, the Season 2.0 DVD contains the first half of season two:

And the Season 2.5 DVD contains the second half of season two.

Ok, I've set my TiVO to record all the Battlestar episodes. I have only watched the premiere episode 3 years ago. I wasn't too impressed and so quit watching. Now I want to pick the series up since it is getting pretty good reviews and there are NO good sci fi series out there except Battlestar.

Can I just pick it up this season and fill in with random TiVO replays or should I start renting DVDs??

If you've missed it all, then get the DVDs. First, I don't forsee them rebroadcasting season 1 for a while. Second, no commercials. Third, no waiting to find out what happens after that crucial cliff hanger.

True. Or, if you're lost / confused about something that you may have missed, post it up here! There are several of us that are really into the show. I mean really REALLY into the show. Scary into the show.

Watched one of the webisodes last night. Obviously derivative of Iraq: Humans as Insurgents and or/Iraqi police...Cylons as Americans, etc.

I was a bit put-off. I don't like people to dress the Iraqi insurgency in white robes...even by proxy. They are hardly the purest sort out there.

Plus, there was a lack of cylon babe-age. Moving on....
