Yeah, he fits the profile of a guy who would send a hoax bomb threat.
I guess it's important that we keep track of profiles of guys who make jokes about airport security, giggle at funerals, and pop balloon near war veterans, too. How about a "shadow" NSA? When the NSA identifies a terrorist, they run him by the Department of Hoaxer Profiles and they'll say, "no, he's just kidding". |
