Lou Malnati's ships frozen pizzas from Chicago http://www.tastesofchicago.com/
My favorite - which sounds weird - is broccoli and onion, with just about anything else and onion as a second place. Even if that sounds horrible to you, just think about this: my wife and 3 kids NEVER eat my leftovers, so I can count on them any night of the week! |

NW corner at 36th and 8th in Manhattan. you walk up to a window and give the man a $1. he gives you a slice on a paper plate, thin crust cheese and sauce. heaven.

I had Ginos East in Chicago last time I was there.
Was very very good!! |
This might come as a shock, but the best pizza I ever had was on the island of Kauai, "Brick Oven Pizza'" I think the humidity really creates a very light crispy crust.

I seem to remember a small pizza joint in Lancaster Pa., on the north side of the main drag. I ordered a large pizza, pepperoni and sausage, came in the shape of a large cookie sheet. that was some good pie. Beer wasn't bad either.
Locally, I like Italian Pizza Rosa in east anaheim, king pepperoni with extra cheese (zackly $20, and 20" across with a crust as thick as a deck of cards.) I can eat three slices, 4 if I'm starving to death and don't plan to move off the couch in the next few hours. |
