Soooooo are you a Lefever man? I own a bunch of them and Ithaca's too. Here's a Nitro 12 and an old Flues. Doubles are my passion.

That's beautiful wood on that flues. I own LeFevers (16g G grade, 20g H grade and 10g E grade) 20g Fox AE and a 12g Ithaca Flues. Here's a shot of the Fox and the LeFever 16g.http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1162239386.jpg http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1162239477.jpg

then the perp has to take her home and keep her. you need the gun to make sure he doesn't try to bring her back when he's fed up with her...

Perzactly. Been there, done that! Got the t-shirt and the divorce papers. OTOH, they have been married 6 years now, so...she is due for another divorce! Everyone, watch out!

Tabs, are you talking Ivory Beads..The store? Lots of walnut and green felt? Or are you talking about Ivory Beads.com the guy who makes replacement ivory beads?

Craig the one with the nice wood is a Lefever Nitro the other one is the Floozie. Nice Lefever and the Fox is a beauty! I just got my first Philly gun from a guy that I traded even an N.R. Davis 20 ga and I restocked a Flues for him. I stocked the Lefever myself as I do restorations on old doubles as a hobby and a little extra cash to support my habit. I have a 16 Nitro, a GE grade with an English stock that was factory and I am restoring an H grade as we type. I'm getting good at black and white damascus barrels since I got Oscar's formulas. I would almost sell the 911 to get an Optimus uncle Dan.

Ivory Beads the Store...

targa911S 10-30-2006 05:38 PM

Too uppity for me Tabs. I'll most likely never own a Parker let alone one of the guns they sell. No offense intended, I like "working man's" shotguns and the stories they could tell.
