OJs buddy AL Cowlings told the story..When OJ was busted for spousal abuse he wanted to get rid of any Coke that was in the house so he jumped over the fence between the yards and hid the Coke in the neighbors garbage can. AL COwlings retrieved the Coke after OJ told him about it. Spence figured that OJ did the same thing with the knife, jumped the fence and hid it in the neighbors garbage can, but he dropped the bloody glove. .

He cannot be recharged for those crimes at the state level, end of story.

Theoretically, given OJs well known craziness WRT the topic of Nicole banging white men, and the fact that she was with a white man(who she was probably banging or planning to) at the time of their deaths, one could probably at least try to make an argument based on civil rights issues, in the same way that the Cops that beat Rodney king's Angel Dusted asss were railroaded.....err.....charged.
