Now the PS3 is out, the question has to be;

Would you wait in line for a Wii?

...and will it's successor be the 'Nintendo - Number 2' or the 'Poo'?

I would camp out for somethings, but a game system wouldn't be one of them.

I guess electronic gaming has become the "home computer" of this decade. I doubt I will ever have one... too much reality out there for me to enjoy. I suppose the media has done a bad job of brainwashing me into believing I need every electronic gadget under the sun. ;)

Somebody needs to explain that as all I heve heard it refered to as is the wee.
That just takes all the fun out of it.

I wouldn't camp out for anything. Not when you can just walk in after Christmas and buy it off the shelf or order off the internet. It's all about instant gratification. I come from a background that was taught to wait for what you want and you'll appreciate it more....Like a 911 for instance...

I will buy Wii. But not wait in line for it. Nintendo is my gamebox of choice and I will keep buying new iterations.

Hey - Nintendo is targetting women as part of their marketing strategy to attack that 60% of households that don't own systems. Might be worthwhile to be close to that.

Otherwise the best gaming is PC based anyway. BF2 with FH mod rules.

I had heard it pronounced "why" but as noted before, I'm notoriously un-hip and not-with-it.

From what I have seen this system uses hand held controllers that you move in space to play the games, rather than a joystick.
