Anyone here MMORPG ?

Most of us know what a MMORPG is, even if it's just a casual understanding based on a South Park episode.

To me, they look like they would require huge amounts of time to interact with - and for the most part, I would rather spend my time working on my cars. But I do enjoy a good game now and then.

I wondered if there are any Pelicans who play any of the multitude of MMORPGs or that play what seems to be the biggest, World of Warcraft.

Hey, Leroy Jenkens... you out here??

Heard of is, never done it. Have far too much stuff to take care of in life, and last game that got me hooked was Civilization, which I was addicted to for several years.

Get away from the computer, there is a real world out there that is much more interesting than a computer game! Just my HO...

Well, like I said, I am a little too busy with other things in life to devote much time to that type gaming. My wife and I will play Halo or Ghost Recon once in a while, but they are short games that you can turn off and walk away from.

My understanding of the MMO games is that they are very involving and very time consuming. Which is partly why I wondered if any "adults" play these things. Seems like all of us would have far too many responsibilities and time constraints - but you never know.

Besides, I would have to do some upgrades to my PC to even think about using it for gaming. And of course, I doubt you ever want to use your main business computer, with all your accounting and customer files on it, for playing a video game.
