Yeah, I used to work on my niece's Mac that way years ago, software was like $25.
You might get faster results by posting the problems and letting some of the mac experts on the board trouble shoot it for you.

Wayne, it's free if you want to invest 10 minutes or so.
Apple Remote Access is built into the OS. It is compatable with other VNC clients so you do not need Apples boxed admin soulution. They have a fully functional 14 day demo. http://www.netopia.com/software/products/tb2/evaluate.html THe $500 ARA is really for system admins to confiugre and manage multiple machines. It's overkill for what you want to do. Scott

Just looked at the tutorial, one ommision in it. After you check the Remote Access box click on the "acess priviliges" button to get the extra pane to drop down. Scott
