Sorry Rodeo ol' chap, but I can't remember many threads that you have jumped into that have not gone south in a very big hurry. Maybe you enjoy these kinds of interactions; the purposeful, pointedly annoying (if not outright confrontational) sniping. Maybe you like the attention, good or bad. I don't know; you defy explanation.

Most of us come here for the banter, which includes a lot of back-and-forth ribbing, mostly of a good-natured sort. Yes, most of us can get pretty testy on some topics, and pretty strident in our arguments. But no one goes out of his way to bait, to antagonize, to disrupt, as consistantly as you. You show up and go out of your way to interject strife and bad feelings. In cases like this (on this thread) you play dumb and interject some glib remark that was pretty thoroughly deconstructed earlier, with that remark aimed at one of your favorite targets. You are clearly not stupid, so the only other conclusion is that you enjoy baiting in that manner. I'm sure you think you are quite the clever little troll, but it should be clear by now that no one else does. You are truly a one trick pony, and that trick is baiting some of the rest of us. We see it, we are on to you; you have done a quite thorough job of making an a$$ of yourself. Now either grow up or do us all a favor and take it somewhere else.

Try the ignore feature. It works wonders.

Or, you could respond to that person's post by calling them stupid and ignorant, and then accuse them of trashing the thread.

Whatever works for you.
