How do I post multiple pics on Craigslist?
Craigslist allows four photos to be uploaded. I see people who have a dozen or more large pics in their ads. How is this done?

Try using photobucket.com and connect with an IMG command. I've done that on other sites with limited upload allowances. Haven't tried it with Craigslist though.

Keep the images small, less than 100K in size
