Or something else? Funny, but similar story on an NBA playoff series past. A.C. Green, then with the Lakers, is originally from Portland. One of the NBA nice guys, you never read bad stories about him in the tabloids. Anyway, his Lakers were playing the Portland Trailblazers. The night before a Portland game, A.C. invited his team to a potluck at his mother's church. Ohhhh did these church ladies put on a feed! You name it, the food was there, and it was all delicious. On game day the bloated and overfed Lakers could barely move...if memory serves, that was the only game of the series that the Trailblazers won.

I never bet on football games. This makes it fun for me to root for the underdog!

Where does a team that lost to TWO UNRANKED teams end up? They should drop like a rock!

Florida is going to get the shaft now. Dammit. I wanted to see someone with a functional defense play OSU.

As I said in the prior thread on this topic:
Michigan is at least the 2nd best team in the country and deserves the shot at a rematch to beat OSU. Lets hope that the national bias-spinsters do not spin it Florida's way...but I would not be surprised if they didnt. REMEMBER, this is not about Young Men playing College Football, this is about BIG DOLLAR$$$ and the team with the best chance of gaining dollars for the network, will go to the NC, unfortunately. |

Shuie, Michigans defense is the best in the country other than OSUs.
No way that Florida would hold that team. |

Michigan will go, Florida was too far back. Not to mention Michigan has a bigger national fanbase anyway....Michigan puts asses in the seats.

One other thing: Florida has the advantage of having played a recent game. This sticks in voters minds and will be another factor in their decision, unfortunately.
