I did my lemon law with forms and instructions over the internet. Tejas has a great website for this but most people never pursue it or just deal with it which is plain silly.
True about the law stuff, if I had a shingle I would do this sort of thing all day long.

I went thru this years ago, 3k miles, engine ate itself. Dealer told me to get bent. There used to be a guy called "Lemon Aid" pre internet days, called him gave me the rules. Started making "Person to Person" calls to factory, parked across the street with a sign, "You too can own one of these". Long story short. By the time it was over(2+months) factory told dealer, "Give him anything he wants". I also got the factory to pay for a rental car. I was a happy man.
If You go this route, you can park across the street with sign, if you step on property, you can be arrested. Don't approach anyone going into dealer, if they approach you, it's cool, not if you approach them, keep video camera handy. Pay attention to parking rules, littering, you drop something on the ground, pick it up fast, they will use anything to bust you. 1 hour a day worked for me, after I got off work, busy time for them. Document everything, keep a journal, video camera, tape recorder, don't hide them. Or get a lawyer. Good Luck, Don |
