Up for auction is a complete Porsche 911 engine assembly with wiring. This was pulled from a front-end damaged 1993 962. The engine started up and ran well. I can include all the previous owners maintenance records. The engine sustained zero damage and comes with a start-up guarantee. Included are the rear engine mounts and misc. wiring. Please email me with questions prior to bidding.

Mileage: 54K

Shipping: Freight - You are responsible for all shipping charges. Please email your complete ship to address for rates – I’ll need to know if the address is commercial/residential and if you’ll require a lift-gate at your location. A $50.00 crate fee will be assessed to the overall shipping charges. We can use your shipping account to bill directly, however the $50.00 crate fee still applies.

Payment: I accept all CASHIERS CHECKS/MONEY ORDERS. I will not accept paypal on this item.

I will not even waste my time crating this engine until your funds have cleared my bank. Allow up to 14 business days for your check to clear – you’ll be notified upon deposit/clearance.

Ask him how much shipping is / where he is located. No mater where he is located tell him you are local and can pick up if that is ok.

I won an auction for a $1800 carrera motor a month ago. The fellow was in Florida. I started getting nervous after I won the auction. Asked if he would do escrow.com. He told me that I had violated the ebay contract because his auction clearly says mo or paypal. I wrote back and said 'no problem, give me an address. I have a buddy that is local. he can pick up and give you a mo'. Said he was going to turn me into ebay as a no pay.

Did not hear another thing until a week later ebay wrote me and told me to not pay for the auction that he had tripped their security and they kicked him out. Good thing I did not send any money.

btw, I did an information exchange with him. Ebay has this thing that you can get a name and phone number behind the guy you are dealing with. He did not like that at all.
