Seriously you've got to be kidding me. I cannot for the life of me imagine why this isn't bigger news. Unless this guy is mentally nuts and was just acting out a fantasy or delusion I can't understand why he's not in prison.

He's already plead to the charges, been fined and given community service as punishment. This is just a report on what he did then. Yeah, it's only a slap on the wrist, but, hey, that's Washington. We've got a lot more important things to talk about, like tattoos and the Denver blizzard and Bank of America sucks and Miss America's a les who likes to drink and do coke, etc.

What pissed me off about the whole situation is that Berger gets his security clearance back after his probation! He should be in jail making small rocks out of large ones and not even a thought about a security clearance.

I'm guessing whatever got covered up helped both sides. There's no other logical explanation for this getting whitewashed.
