Drago 12-23-2006 06:26 AM

Alright Hugh, you know you've brought this on yourself...we're going to need to see some pic's of the Mom. :D

red-beard 12-23-2006 06:33 AM

Yeah, this thread is useless without pictures of your wife and more pictures of your lovely daughter.

red-beard 12-23-2006 06:34 AM

Oh yeah and keep your daughter away from Dr. Phil. It's not safe. really!

Hugh R 12-23-2006 10:57 AM

Re: Daughter and wife, you are a very lucky man.

Re: The guy, nothing would surprise me in Lost Angeles anymore although the Japanese style outfit theory has some merit. He is wearing a wedding ring?

A friend of mine here at work is an artist that has invited me to art show openings downtown (never been to such a thing and thought it would be a good branching out experience). Most of the people were very nicely dressed however there were a few that were... uh... stretching the fashion envelope.

Maybe he is still on his hormones and awaiting his reassignment date.

David 12-23-2006 12:22 PM

At first glance, I'd swear that's my old roommate from college. After a close look at the nose and wedding ring (he's getting divorced), it's not him. I wouldn't put wearing a bathrob out to dinner past him either :D

It appears they were eating cooked food also... oh the humanity!

Christmas is just around the corner maybe the outfit is a festive thing? Was he wearing pants?

speeder 12-23-2006 04:26 PM

Thats hilarious. I didn't see that the first time I read this thread. How does someone who cant use chop sticks feel comfortable enough to show up for Japanese wearing a kimono?

Congratualtions Hugh, you did something right...or at least not wrong! At least that's how I look at it.

My daughter is a high achiever too. Graduating USC Law in May at age 24. I will spare the bragging but I too take great pride in my kids. I think theyre easily the accomplishments of my life, nothing else comes close...nor would I want it to. Again, big congrat's.
